This Blair, NE project was a like-for-like deck replacement. The existing deck was decaying and nearing the end of its life, so we removed it and rebuilt a new deck using pressure-treated pine framing for structural durability and composite deck boards for a low-maintenance, long-lasting surface. The new deck was built to match the original design exactly, preserving the same footprint and layout while delivering a safer, stronger structure with an upgraded finish.
