We confirm measurements, elevation/height, stairs, railing layout, drainage, and any demolition needs. If the deck attaches to the home, we verify proper attachment details and the best layout for the space. - Permits (If Required)
If your city requires a permit, we handle the permit process so the project stays compliant and on schedule. - Utility Locate Before Digging
Before any footing work, we contact the local utility locate service (Digger Hotline) and wait for utilities to be marked for safety. - Demo & Removal Setup (If Needed)
