This West Omaha deck project was a full deck rebuild—from demolition of the existing deck to a complete new structure. The new deck was set on Diamond Pier footings for a solid foundation, framed with cedar-tone pressure-treated lumber for durability, and finished with composite decking for low maintenance. We wrapped it up with black metal railing for a clean, modern look. The stairs were built for strength and stability with five total stringers instead of three, including doubled outer stringers (two side-by-side on each outside edge) to reduce flex and improve long-term performance.
