This completed commercial remodel project included full coordination from permit approval through final occupancy. The scope began with building permit preparation and City Hall plan review, followed by interior demolition, framing, drywall, electrical, plumbing, painting, finish work, and signage installation. The project was completed through final inspections and approval for the permit of occupancy, resulting in a finished commercial space ready for use.
